  • Proficient in using ERP applications (SAP, Ms. Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
  • Have a strong understanding of finance in the Company.
  • Mastering Transactions Journal in Accounting.
  • Have good analysis and problem solving skills.
Job Description
  1. Lead the team during the transition from Ms. Excel to the ERP program.
  2. Control work related to finance.
  3. Perform financial analysis and make financial decisions on a regular basis to support profit growth and improve the company’s cash flow.
  4. Planning and coordinating the preparation of the company’s budget, as well as controlling its use to ensure effective and efficient use of funds in supporting the company’s operational activities.
  5. Planning and coordinating the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures. Additionally, overseeing their implementation to ensure all financial processes and transactions are conducted in an orderly and systematic manner.
  6. Control and analyze cash flow.
  7. Responsible for Stock Opname, Cash Opname, and Asset Opname for the entire company with team.
Requirement
  1. Education minimum Diploma’s of Accounting / Finance Management or related fields.
  2. Have experience working as Finance Supervisor (min. 1 years).
  3. Proficient in using Ms. Office and Ms. Excel
  4. Have experience using ERP system min. 1 year (Example: SAP, Sage, Zahir, Accurate, Odoo, etc).
  5. Have the ability to make financial decisions based on analysis.
  6. Have analytical thinking skills, good decision making, and leadership skills
  7. Honest, diligent, thorough, communicative and responsible.
