Requirement

- Experience as a finance admin 1 year.
- Proficient ngt Ms. Excel.
- Detail oriented, honest, and responsible.
Job Description:
- Input and record all company financial transactions, both income and expenses such as purchases, sales, payment receipts, and debt payments.
- Prepare financial reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) to provide an overview of the company’s financial condition.
- Manage the company’s cash, including opening account, withdrawing funds, and storing cash.
- Monitoring the company’s budget, ensuring the use of the budget as planned, and making corrections if necessary.
- Collect, store, and process financial document, such as invoices, expenses reports, and payment slips.
- Coordinate with internal (such as departments within the company) and external parties (such as banks, vendors, and customers) regarding financial activities.
- Develop financial budget plans, including borrowing, revenue, and expenditure planning.
- Controlling the company’s financial activities, such as monitoring the use of funds and examining financial statements.
