Job Description
- Assist in recruiting according to company needs.
- Conduct company personnel data administration (Employment Contract, Attendance, Leave, SOP, BPJS, Payroll, and Correspondence).
- Help to carry out employee training.
- Assist in bridging communication between departments and all company branches
Requirement
- Education Min. Bachelor’s degree in HR Management/Psychology.
- Minimum 1-year experience as HR Staff.
- Proficient in using Ms. Office.
- Honest, careful, firm, and communicative.
- Willing to travel on business to all company branches.
